To speak about us is to open our hearts to others. It is showing the path that we took until we got here and building the path that we still want to pursuit.

I was born in a small country town, as such as some of my good friends, but I soon discovered that the world had much more to show me. From my parents I inherited a taste for dealing with people and to travel, and for always looking for more and better in everything. In this way, I arrived at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Coimbra to study organization and business management. And my passion for the human behavior took me to the University of Nottingham, where I deepened my studies on consumer behavior, leadership and motivation.

In 2011, I continued my studies in the area of human development, with the Coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnosis training, where I became certified as MasterCoach and Hypnotherapist.

​

In 2011, as Director of Operations for ICL - Instituto de Coaching e Linguística, I followed more than 30 International Certification classes in Coaching and developed Coaching processes, with clients in Portugal, Brazil, Mozambique, Guinea, England, Spain, Switzerland and Romania, in-person and online.

​“If you can dream it, you can accomplish it”. This is one of the sentences that I love the most, and that made me, when I was in my Coaching training, to dare to dream that one day I would do the marathon... As I believe that a given mission is an accomplished mission, I managed to finish my first marathon! I discovered that it only makes sense to run when you have a goal and today I maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle, continuing to run around the world.

Passionate about people, I strive to contribute to the personal and professional fulfillment of the ones who trust me to facilitate such processes that allow them to achieve their success.
