SOCIAL COACHING
This project was born out of the desire to repay as much as the coaching process has done for me and which I believe it will also do for you. I believe that going through a coaching process is a transformative experience.
When the human being starts to look at himself, either because life forced him to do so, or because he has a continuous thirst for evolution, the Coaching process emerge as a real possibility of transformation.
Since my formation, I believe that a society that understands the value of SERVICE to others is an evolved society. It was in the most challenging moments that being at the service of the other enabled me to understand, that we don't need to have much to share. So I asked myself the following questions:

If money was not as important as it is today in our society, what would I do?

Keeping the importance of money in society, if I were a millionaire, would I continue to work as a Coach?

If my job as a Coach didn't pay my expenses, would I continue to work as a Coach?

WHAT IS?
Social coaching is the way I found to dedicate part of my time to the service of others doing what I like most without any financial retribution.
I believe that a coaching process is not affordable for everyone, at least at a certain point in life, but in my experience, the financial factor never prevented someone from doing the process.
In terms of market value, having someone 100% available to facilitate an individual growth process is expensive. Does it mean that the Coaching process is only for financially successful people?
So that this is not just another excuse for not looking inside and making your individual transformation, I decided that it will not be because at this moment you cannot pay the cost of the session, you will not be able to take advantage of all the benefits that the process gives you. can bring.
HOW DOES IT WORKS?
Initially, in order to have access to a free individual session, all you have to do is to want. By filling out the form below and answering some very simple questions that invite you to look inside of yourself, you can schedule a free individual coaching session with me. If we are unable to meet our agendas, I will arrange it with someone who has embraced this service project with me.
If you already know the coaching process, you understand the benefits you can derive from it. Therefore, to qualify for a complete coaching process through a social contribution, just make your first session. Nobody completes a marathon without completing the first kilometer, right? All you have to do is to show up to run...
WHAT IS THE SOCIAL CONTRIBUTION TO THE COACHING PROCESS?
After the first session, if you believe that the process will have a strong contribution on you your human development, in order to continue to enjoy the process, your contribution will be of equal value, according to your skills and talents, to those who need it the most, within your environment, or community. You will not repay me directly, nor do I want to be the one to facilitate this process. I'll leave that up to you.
My goal is for you to be able to do what I am doing, with what you already do better than anyone else, without charging anyone who may not have it at the moment, such as to pay you. It may be with your talent, or simply with your time.
Did you enjoyed the idea?
Please, contact me and fill out the form, only if at this moment you are unable to pay for the process. My time, like yours, is limited. That said, it means that only part of my time can be dedicated to this contribution and service project, so if you fill the vacancy and don't really need it, not only will you not be respecting the idea behind this project, but fundamentally you will be taking the opportunity from another person, who otherwise would not be able to take advantage of this process.
